Catherine has been a believer in the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy for over 25 years. She began practicing after earning an Associate’s Degree in Small Business; Professional Massage Therapy. She continued her education earning a certificate in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar® Therapy, Craniosacral therapy, as well as Reflexology.
Her belief in the healing powers of the human touch, coupled with a thorough knowledge of the body’s anatomy aids her in assessment of each client’s individual needs and the successful development of treatment plans to aid in pain and/or stress management. She specializes in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar® Therapy, Neuromuscular (deep tissue), Craniosacral therapy, and Reflexology.
Catherine is a Certified Ashiatsu Oriental Bar® Therapist & Reflexologist and blends this unique skill set into her sessions. Her ongoing thirst for knowledge drives her toward continuing education and honed therapeutic skills.
